“The Delamere Project”
Their order required a large number of bespoke yorkstone pieces including set sized hand fettled flagstones, coping stones, edging stones and rockery all of which where to form part of their clients new garden.
Anna Rose and her client personally attended our quarry before placing their order and hand selected some pieces of rockery that she thought captured the essence of her design and discussed her requirements in great detail.
Anna Rose and her client loved the colours of the yorkstone from the quarry, however, they both decided that the project needed to be a more uniformed buff colour.
It was therefore decided that the New Riven Hand Fettled Yorkstone Paving amongst other things, including the steps, coping and edging stones, would need to be sandblasted to achieve this uniform lighter/buff colour. Finally after many weeks of (very hard and sometimes challenging!) work the first of the products started to leave our yard today – see below for some pictures or take a look at our gallery page.
We are beyond excited to see the finished product!
